Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment from our specialist partner warehouse within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note: During busy periods, dispatch times may occasionally extend up to 7 business days as we ensure every item is quality checked before leaving the warehouse.

For some larger or more delicate items requiring a special two-man delivery service, the processing and dispatch time may be longer, potentially taking up to 2 weeks before shipment.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £50 to most of the UK Mainland.

For orders under £50, a standard delivery charge of £4.99 will be applied at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are typically 2 - 4 business days from the point of dispatch.

Please note that deliveries to the following regions are subject to a non-refundable £10 shipping surcharge, which is applied regardless of the order value due to higher costs from our courier partners.

Important Delivery Restrictions

Unfortunately, our specialist two-man delivery service for very large furniture items is currently unavailable in Northern Ireland. We can only deliver standard-sized items to this region. If an order is placed for a large item to a Northern Ireland address, we will have to cancel and refund that item. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to track your order's journey where available.

Important Considerations:

• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

• For Large Items: We will arrange a Complimentary Home Collection for you. Our team will come to your door and pick it up.

• For Smaller Items: We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label so you can simply drop it off at your nearest point.

All we ask is that the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging so it stays safe on its journey back to us.2. Oops! Something Wrong? (Damages)We work with specialist couriers to ensure your order arrives safely, but sometimes accidents happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please don't worry—we will make it right immediately.

🛡️ The 48-Hour Golden Rule: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if you spot any issues.

• Why 48 hours? This allows us to resolve the issue with our insurance providers instantly.

• Simply snap a few photos (of the damage and the box) and email us. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.

3. How to Start a Return⚠️ Important: Please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label without speaking to us first. We have specific return addresses for different types of items to ensure they are processed quickly.

• Let us know if you'd like a refund or an exchange.

• Sit back! We will email you the specific return instructions or confirm a collection date that suits you.

4. When Will I Get My Refund?Once your return is collected and received back at our facility, we will inspect it to ensure it's in its original condition.
