Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) securely via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal.

Q: When will my order be processed?
A: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment from our specialist partner warehouse within 3-5 business days. For larger or more delicate furniture pieces requiring special two-man handling, the processing and dispatch time may occasionally extend up to 2 weeks to ensure safe transit.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately at info@quantahome.co.uk. Once your order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made, but you can easily return it under our Hassle-Free Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We like to keep things simple and transparent:

  • FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over £50 to most of the UK Mainland.
  • Orders under £50 incur a flat standard delivery charge of just £4.99.
    (Please note: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight are subject to a £10 shipping surcharge due to higher courier costs).

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are typically 2-4 business days. For large furniture items requiring our 2-person delivery service, times may vary slightly, and we will keep you fully informed of your delivery schedule.

Q: Do you deliver large furniture to Northern Ireland?
A: Unfortunately, our specialist two-man delivery service for very large furniture items is currently unavailable in Northern Ireland. We can only deliver standard-sized items to this region.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your order's journey to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be absolutely in love with your new pieces. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy.
To make things as easy as possible:

  • For Large Items: We will arrange a Complimentary Home Collection.
  • For Smaller Items: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
    The item simply needs to be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: It's incredibly simple! Just email us at info@quantahome.co.uk with your Order Number. Please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label without speaking to us first, as we have specific return facilities to process your refund quickly.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
A: We pack our items with great care, but accidents in transit can rarely happen. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us at info@quantahome.co.uk within 48 hours with a few photos of the item and the box. We will instantly arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund automatically. It typically takes 10-14 business days for the funds to safely appear back in your original payment method, depending on your bank.

Q: Are the product colours I see on screen accurate?
A: We make every effort to display the colours and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that due to different screen settings and room lighting, there might be slight variations in colour.

Q: How can I be sure about the dimensions of a product?
A: You can find detailed dimension information (height, width, depth) on every product page. We highly recommend measuring your intended space before purchasing to ensure the piece fits perfectly in your home.
