Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment from our specialist partner warehouse within 2-3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

For some larger or more delicate items requiring a special two-man delivery service, the processing and dispatch time may be longer, potentially taking up to 2 weeks before shipment.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery to most of the UK Mainland on all orders. We have incorporated the standard delivery cost into the price of our products so you see a clear, final price from the start.

However, please note the following exceptions and surcharges which apply due to higher costs from our courier partners.

  • Surcharge Areas: A £10 shipping surcharge will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout for deliveries to the following regions:

Estimated delivery times are typically 2-5 business days from the point of dispatch, but may be longer for surcharge areas and for larger items.

Important Delivery Restrictions

Unfortunately, our specialist two-man delivery service for very large furniture items is currently unavailable in Northern Ireland. We can only deliver standard-sized items to this region. If an order is placed for a large item to a Northern Ireland address, we will have to cancel and refund that item. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to track your order's journey where available.

Important Considerations:

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
  • Deliveries are typically made during business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for some items.

Refund Policy

**Return and Refund Policy**

Thank you for shopping at Quanta Home. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

**Return Window**

We accept return requests for change of mind within **14 days** of you receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return due to change of mind, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Initiating a Return**

To start a return, please contact us at **info@quantahome.co.uk**.

Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return. We will guide you through the necessary steps. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

**Damages and Issues**

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within **48 hours** of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right by arranging for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
* Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
* Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
* Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item's eligibility for return.

**Exchanges**

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

**European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period**

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Return Shipping Costs and Fees**

For returns due to customer change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please be aware that in such cases, the original shipping and handling fees paid at the time of your order are non-refundable. Additionally, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund amount, in line with our supplier's policy.

For returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within **48 hours** of delivery, Quanta Home will cover the return shipping costs and any associated fees.

**Refunds**

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our facility (or that of our supplier), and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be processed. Please note that due to the nature of our dropshipping model, it may take approximately **15-20 business days** from the date we approve your refund for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method. This timeframe allows for the item to be returned to our supplier and for the refund to be processed through our system.

Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we initiate it.
