**Order Processing**
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
For larger or more delicate items requiring special handling or a 2-man delivery service, the processing and dispatch time may be longer, potentially taking up to 2 weeks before shipment.
**Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times**
We utilize a network of reliable parcel delivery companies to ship your orders. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the size/type of the item(s) ordered.
* **For small to medium-sized items:** Once shipped, estimated delivery times are typically 2-5 business days.
* **For large items requiring 2-man delivery:** Due to the specialized handling, estimated delivery times are longer and will be communicated to you after your order is processed.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions).
**Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please be aware that shipping costs for large items requiring 2-man delivery are calculated based on the item's volume (CBM) and may be higher than for smaller items.
**Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking**
Once your order has been processed and shipped by our supplier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to track your order's journey (where possible).
**Shipping Destinations**
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (Mainland GB, Highlands and Islands). Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.
**Important Considerations:**
* We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
* Deliveries are typically made during business hours.
* A signature may be required upon delivery for some items.

**Return and Refund Policy**
Thank you for shopping at Quanta Home. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
**Return Window**
We accept return requests for change of mind within **14 days** of you receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return due to change of mind, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
**Initiating a Return**
To start a return, please contact us at **info@quantahome.co.uk**.
Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return. We will guide you through the necessary steps. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within **48 hours** of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right by arranging for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
* Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
* Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
* Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

**Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
**European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period**
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
**Return Shipping Costs and Fees**
For returns due to customer change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please be aware that in such cases, the original shipping and handling fees paid at the time of your order are non-refundable. Additionally, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund amount, in line with our supplier's policy.
For returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within **48 hours** of delivery, Quanta Home will cover the return shipping costs and any associated fees.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our facility (or that of our supplier), and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed. Please note that due to the nature of our dropshipping model, it may take approximately **15-20 business days** from the date we approve your refund for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method. This timeframe allows for the item to be returned to our supplier and for the refund to be processed through our system.
Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we initiate it.
